    I think it’s more the stress of building a custom hotrod that causes some folks to move on. If the show is accurate, the builders were always under the gun to get the project completed.

    It was a great show.

    He built some sick cars, but he must have been an *** to work for. All I saw was all of his best guys quitting one right after the other. From watching the show, his deadlines just came one after the other with no break for his guys. Anyone know where I can get Jo’s #? I figure that she needs a good railing right about now…

    Not heart. I spent two days at his shop a few weeks before he died. He seemed fine at the time. Some other problem.

    Boyd was not only an icon in the hot rod world but also created a industry for them. For that he will be dearly missed.
